Director

With an uncompromising approach to the very highest quality design, Nicki guides creative strategy and nurtures the culture of innovation and care for detail. With an innate ability to see the strategic ‘big picture’ beyond the immediate brief, Nicki adds value and finds creative solutions from dawn to dusk (and often beyond!).

Nicki enjoys both travel and leisure photography but work and family demands ensure her suitcases and camera are more neglected than she would like!

Mardi Fielding BVA(GD)

Associate / Design Director

Mardi’s empathetic and enthusiastic involvement with helping clients exceed their goals gives total confidence and results in design solutions with exactly the right ‘feel’ for their target audience.

Mardi is a true conservationist, investing much of her free time in working with community groups in bush regeneration and preserving natural habitats.

Charmaine Janson BVA Dip(GD)

Senior Graphic Designer

Charmaine has a natural ability to build highly responsive working relationships with clients. She is a perfectionist who takes care of every detail and enjoys rising to diverse challenges.

Charmaine’s passion for creativity encompasses all areas of design and inspires both her work and leisure interests.

Ton Ha BDes(GD) B(Biomed Sc) MDIA

Graphic Designer

Bringing an analytical and reasoned approach to his design, Ton is a considerate, tenacious and positive team player. He takes on whatever needs to be done and enjoys problem-solving and finding an even better solution than expected.

Ton relishes the escapism of online worlds, questing and crusading against hordes of pixel adversaries. He also has all the moves to take on real adversaries through his karate training.

Sally Cheng BBus(IntlBus & IMC)

Account Coordinator

Sally has a strong grounding in branding and business communications, and an understanding of client priorities. Sally is naturally friendly and curious, she is always keen to explore new possibilities and to find positive outcomes for clients.

Sally’s creative spirit also finds expression in writing, playing the piano and cooking up delicious masterpieces.

Tim Grey BA(Hons) MDIA

Director

Tim fervently believes in the potential and value of fine design founded in a deep understanding of business needs – and he is unstinting in making that potential a reality for each client.

Outside the studio, Tim has numerous other projects on the go, including learning guitar, painting and making ‘interesting things’ in the garage.

Sarah McCarthy-James

Associate / Account Manager

Sarah’s highly-developed project management skills and natural organisational capabilities make her the ideal person to oversee even the most complex and multi-faceted challenges. Approachable and totally dependable, she is a great communicator with a natural friendliness and responsiveness to what is needed in any situation.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys dabbling with interior design and decorating.

Anna McGregor Dip(GD,MulM)

Senior Graphic Designer

Anna is an intuitive problem-solver and becomes highly-involved in projects, living, breathing and dreaming the task until she has surpassed the client’s highest expectations.

Away from the studio, Anna enjoys catching up with friends and expressing her creativity through custom made ‘wearable art’ jewellery.

Anna Thomas BBe(Arch) Cert IV(Des)

Graphic Designer

Anna is a perfectionist with an eye for detail and is a passionate problem-solver. Her unusual route to graphic design via architecture and landscape architecture, gives her special strengths that she has quickly applied to the challenge of creating effective communications.

Anna enjoys sharing her latest home-renovation triumphs on her renovation blog. She is also learning to make wheel-thrown pots and reads lengthy books (trilogies if possible).

Nicole Davies BVisualMe

Office Coordinator

Nicole’s vivacious personality and friendly attitude help her to build client relationships and to connect with colleagues as she professionally handles the different requests and challenges that arise each day.

Nicole loves sifting through vintage stores in search of that quirky ‘one off’ to add to her ever-expanding wardrobe. Equally, she loves new faces, new places and discovering exciting destinations with a fun companion.
